This project is designed to support the development of substantive competences and practical skills and to consolidate the existing knowledge of Contract Managers.

Main objectives:

• building awareness of the role and the responsibility associated with it
• familiarizing participants with requirements, standards and procedures
• providing substantive and practical knowledge in the field of obtaining, conducting and settling contracts, health and safety, construction site organization, contract conditions, economic aspects, team building, subcontractor relationship management or negotiations
• verification of skills as part of work on a case study

The program consists of five training stages varied in terms of topics. Learning at the Academy lasts 110 hours and includes over 25 expert panels. It is also attended by 30 internal specialists.
