Works Manager - Tunnel Industry

Offer description

• Organization, management and supervision of the tunnel construction process using the mechanized method.


• Support of the Tunnel Works Manager and cooperation with the Prefabrication Plant Manager, as well as organization and coordination of team activities.


• Verification of technical documentation, bills of quantities and formal approvals necessary to start works.


• Organization of construction facilities and provision of equipment and material resources.


• Supervision over the safety of the works performed.


• Implementation of the procurement process, contracting of subcontractors and suppliers, technical and financial negotiations, control of contracts and delivery schedules.


• Coordination of measurements, tests, material deliveries, reporting on the progress of work on the construction site.


• Preparation of as-built documentation, participation in acceptance, certification and final settlements.

Requirements

• Education: Underground Construction, Tunnel Construction, Mining.


• 3-5 years of professional experience in tunneling using mechanized and/or conventional methods.


• Construction licenses without restrictions for managing construction works in the bridge specialization or construction and construction without restrictions are welcome.


• Ability to professionally assess technical phenomena.


• Independent solution of engineering and technological problems.


• Good orientation in tunnel issues.


• Knowledge of English at least B2 level.


• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
