• planning, organization and implementation of the contract within the expected deadline, quality and with the assumed economic result, in accordance with the principles of health and safety and environmental protection, with the applicable legal standards and guidelines of the company,


• analysis and verification of design documentation,


• development of the budget and schedule of the project,


• participation in negotiations and selection of subcontractors,


• conducting offer processes and preparation of production (purchasing),


• coordination of works carried out by subcontractors in accordance with the work schedule,


• support in supervising the implementation of assembly works concerning power installations based on the requirements of the contract, technical documentation, schedules and plans for the organization of works, quality, control and testing,


• development of plans of a technical nature (i.e. plans for the organization of works, control and research plan, schedule of works),


• planning and ordering of means of production and supervision over timely deliveries,


• supervising the provision of order, order, health and safety and fire protection conditions. works performed.

Requirements

• higher technical education in the field of electrical engineering or construction,


• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of investments in the field of electric power construction, especially in the construction of power stations,


• professional experience in the position of Project Manager or a similar function in the implementation of 2 tasks consisting in the construction or reconstruction (modernization) of AC substations or power lines with a voltage of 110kV or higher, with a net value of not less than PLN 15 million, for a period of min. 12 months for each task,


• possession of qualifications in the field of project management: postgraduate studies in the field of project management or confirmed by a certificate: IPMA or PMP or Prince2,


• the ability to manage cooperation with subcontractors,


• good work organization and planning skills,


• readiness to work in a delegation in Polish,


• Qualification certificate: Gr. I: E and D without voltage restrictions and building permits – welcome,

Welcome:

• communicative knowledge of English.

1. According to the content of the job advertisement, the administrator of your personal data is Budimex S.A., Siedmiogrodzka 9 Street, 01-204 Warsaw, (hereinafter referred to as "Budimex"). The Data Controller can be contacted by phone at +48 22 623 60 00 or in writing at the address of the Controller's registered office.


2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter concerning the processing of personal data.


3. Your personal data will be processed in order to:
   
   
   1. conducting the recruitment process – the legal basis for the processing is the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code), in the scope of data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
   
   
   2. conducting future recruitment processes, in the case of consent to the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
   
   
   3. conducting recruitment marketing activities, in the case of consent to the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
   
   
   4. verification of qualifications and skills and determination of the terms of cooperation – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in verifying job candidates and determining the conditions of possible cooperation;
   
   
   5. satisfaction with participation in the recruitment process – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in improving the level of recruitment services;
   
   
   6. drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract, in the case of a positive recruitment result –
      the legal basis for the processing is the necessity for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
   
   
   7. to establish or pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims by the Administrator – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in enabling the Administrator to defend its rights;
   
   
   8. if you are a candidate recommended in the BUDIMEX referral programme, your data will be processed in order for Budimex to provide the benefit due to the referring employee – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in the necessity of processing to fulfil the assumptions of the Programme (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
   
   
   
   


4. The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing services to the Administrator related to the recruitment process or employment process, in particular IT solution providers, entities providing recruitment process support services, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group.


5. If you consent to participate in future recruitment and recruitment marketing, Budimex will be the administrator of your personal data, in accordance with the content of the consent and to the extent that your personal data will be processed in the recruitment processes to which you have applied.


6. Period of storage of your personal data:
   
   
   1. in the event of consent to the processing of personal data in future recruitment processes – until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of five years from the date of consent;
   
   
   2. in the case of consent to the processing of data for the purposes of recruitment marketing – until the Administrator withdraws this consent or decides to cease conducting recruitment marketing activities by the Administrator;
   
   
   3. to the extent that the legal basis for the processing is a legitimate interest, your personal data will be processed for a period of one year from the date of applying for a given job offer or until you submit an effective objection to the processing of personal data;
   
   
   4. in the case of conducting the recruitment process and in the case of drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract – for the period of time required by the relevant provisions of law to store the data.
   
   
   
   


7. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
   
   
   1. the right to withdraw consent, the right to access the content of data, the right to rectify data, the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction of data processing, the right to data portability,
   
   
   2. individual consents can be withdrawn by sending a statement to the e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl,
   
   
   3. the right to object to data processing – in the event that the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the GDPR,
   
   
   4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to processing and to facilitate the free movement of personal data in the Union).
   
   
   
   


8. Providing data to the extent indicated in the Labour Code or other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement) is necessary to take part in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.
