Your future tasks


  • Manage the budget and schedule of the assigned contract leg.

  • Building and coordinating a multi-discipline implementation team.

  • Integration of all industries within the section (civil works, track works, installations, structures, drainage, systems).

  • Ensuring compliance of works with HSE, quality and environmental requirements.

  • Leading and actively participating in coordination meetings at the project and section level.

  • Supervision of Works Managers and subcontractors.

  • Ensuring the completeness of documentation, permits and the correct course of acceptance in accordance with the requirements of the railway project.

Our expectations


  • Higher technical education – Civil engineering or related fields of study preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience on the construction site, including min. 5 years in a managerial position and min. 3 years of work with appropriate permissions and certificates.

  • Experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects worth around EUR 50-100 million.

  • Experience in railway projects (preferred) or in large infrastructure investments.

  • Practical experience in managing subcontractors and contracts.

  • High competence in the field of inter-branch coordination in complex projects.

  • Very high cost and schedule awareness.

  • Leadership skills, high communication culture and experience in conducting coordination meetings.

  1. According to the content of the job advertisement, the Data Contrller of your personal data is Budimex S.A., Siedmiogrodzka 9 Street, 01-204 Warsaw, (hereinafter referred to as “Budimex“). The Data Controller can be contacted by phone at +48 22 623 60 00 or in writing at the address of the Controller’s registered office.
  2. Budimex has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl in any matter concerning the processing of personal data.
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to:
    1. conducting the recruitment process – the legal basis for the processing is the legal obligation incumbent on Budimex (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code), in the scope of data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
    2. conducting future recruitment processes, in the case of consent to the processing of data for this purpose – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
    3. verification of qualifications and skills and determination of the terms of cooperation – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of Budimex (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in verifying job candidates and determining the conditions of possible cooperation;
    4. satisfaction with participation in the recruitment process – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of Budimex (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in improving the level of recruitment services;
    5. drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract, in the case of a positive recruitment result
      the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
    6. to establish or pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims by Budimex – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of Budimex (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in enabling Budimex to defend its rights;
    7. if you are a candidate recommended in Budimex referral programme, your data will be processed in order for Budimex to provide the benefit due to the referring employee – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Budimex consisting in the necessity of processing to fulfil the assumptions of the programme (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing services to Budimex related to the recruitment process or employment process, in particular IT solution providers, entities providing recruitment process support services, entities from the Budimex/Ferrovial group.
  5. If you consent to participate in future recruitment, Budimex will be the administrator of your personal data, in accordance with the content of the consent and to the extent that your personal data will be processed in the recruitment processes to which you have applied.
  6. Period of storage of your personal data:
    1. in the event of consent to the processing of personal data in future recruitment processes – until the consent is withdrawn or for a period of five years from the date of consent;
    2. to the extent that the legal basis for the processing is a legitimate interest, your personal data will be processed for a period of one year from the date of applying for a given job offer or until you submit an effective objection to the processing of personal data;
    3. in the case of conducting the recruitment process and in the case of drawing up an employment contract or a civil law contract – for the period of time required by the relevant provisions of law to store the data.
  7. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    1. the right to withdraw consent, the right to access the content of data, the right to rectify data, the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction of data processing, the right to data portability,
    2. individual consents can be withdrawn by sending a statement to the e-mail address: osobowe@budimex.pl,
    3. the right to object to data processing – in the event that the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the GDPR,
    4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to processing and to facilitate the free movement of personal data in the EU).
  8. Providing data to the extent indicated in the Labour Code or other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement) is necessary to take part in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.
