Your future tasks
- Establishment and launch of a field laboratory for material testing.
- Organization and management of the laboratory team.
- Planning and supervision of the testing of supplied and embedded materials.
- Ensuring timely reporting of test results.
- Preparing data for quality and contract documents.
- Inspection of the compliance of materials and works with the requirements of the contract, standards and specifications.
- Support for construction teams in the interpretation of research results.
- Participation in quality audits and QSE activities.
- Identification of quality risks and implementation of corrective actions.
- Development and implementation of the communication and data flow process with work teams.
Our expectations
- Higher technical education (civil, materials, road or related engineering).
- Min. 5 years experience in material laboratory testing or quality control.
- Experience in organizing and running a laboratory (field or stationary).
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge of material testing standards (soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, etc.).
- Ability to estimate the budget and costs of research.
- Knowledge of contract documentation and quality requirements.
- Very good work organization, resistance to time pressure.
- Ability to think analytically and make decisions.
