Your future tasks

• Organization and maintenance of the project document control system.


• Registration, distribution, tracking and archiving of project documentation.


• Administration of EDMS tools and document register.


• Control of document circulation, approval processes and deadlines in accordance with the contract.


• Support for document management and compliance (QSE) procedures.


• Documentation status reporting and non-compliance escalation.


• Training of project teams in the principles of "document control".

Our expectations

• Higher education in administration, technical documentation, engineering or related.


• Very good knowledge of Estonian.


• Good knowledge of spoken and written English (daily communication, documentation, meetings).


• Experience in working in a project environment – preferred projects in the area of design or implementation of investments.


• Experience in working with EDMS systems (SharePoint, EDC/eDoc, ASITE, TRIMBLE – welcome).


• Readiness for stationary work in Estonia.


• Category B driving license.


• Very good communication, accuracy, regularity and good organization of work.
