Budimex has once again obtained the best result in a survey conducted by ASM Analysis and Market Research Centre. This year’s selection of the “General Contractor Friendly to Construction Companies” was attended by over 2,000 construction industry experts from 300 companies, who were asked to indicate the most reliable company in their opinion from the group of TOP 10 general contractors in Poland.
“General contractor friendly to construction companies” is not the only title won by Budimex, in the opinion of experts from several hundred companies operating in Poland. The company also took first place in three subcategories: “General contractor who ensures the highest safety standards on construction sites”, “General contractor with whom cooperation is rated the best” and “General contractor who offers the most favorable financial conditions and timely payments”. In the fourth and last category: “General contractor recommended as the best partner for cooperation”, Budimex was ranked second.

Budimex currently handles about 200 contracts throughout Polish and cooperates with a total of over 50 thousand subcontractors. Budimex’s cooperation with subcontractors is organised in such a way as to guarantee that they receive all funds included in the contract on time. In recent years, in addition to a transparent financial policy, the company has introduced numerous solutions, such as dividing payments into lower amounts and thus more frequent payments to subcontractors. Partnership relations with subcontractors also mean support and development of local entrepreneurs.
“Together with the Budimex brand, we are implementing the largest tram project in Poland – the construction of a line to Wilanów, where we have supplied a wide range of GRP pipes. The organizer of the “Brand on the construction market” survey is ASM – Market Research and Analysis Center, a Polish company with the status of a research and development center. Since 2004, ASM has been conducting nationwide surveys among several thousand contractors, and based on the results, it announces a ranking for several dozen categories. The ranking was created 18 years ago as the only research project in Poland with an independent character and wide reach.The study is based on spontaneous indications of contractors, without a list of brands to choose from. Which makes the results fully objective and reliable.
