Budimex, one of the leading construction companies in Poland, and Lafrentz Polska, a leader in the field of design and management of construction investments, are pleased to announce a strategic cooperation with the Complex of Geodetic and Road Schools in Poznań. As part of this cooperation, an extended apprenticeship program for students will be introduced, aimed at supporting and developing young talents in the fields of design, surveying and construction.
The ceremonial signing of the cooperation agreement took place on 6 November this year. on the premises of the Geodetic and Road School Complex in Poznań. The event was attended by the city and school authorities, students and representatives of both companies.
Budimex has been supporting the development of young people in the industry for several years by organising m.in for them. paid internships as part of the Budimex Academy project. This program lasts until the end of September each year and 250 students from all over Polish take part in it. Now students from Poznań will join the Budimex Academy. The internship program that will be introduced thanks to this cooperation is aimed at providing students with practical knowledge and experience in the field of geodesy, construction and modern design. This initiative will enable young people to better understand and prepare for a career in these rapidly developing fields.
