Budimex has signed a contract for the construction of the Administrative Centre in Ciechanów. The contract will be carried out in the “build” formula along with the equipment of the building “turnkey”. The investor is the Self-Government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the County Office in Ciechanów.
The investment called “Construction of the Administrative Center in Ciechanów for the needs of administrative units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the Ciechanów County” concerns the implementation of a five-storey building with a basement, covered with a flat roof. The area of the facility is 7673.68 m², cubic capacity 36499.06 m³. The total cost of construction is PLN 53,375,850.00 . The completion date of the works is expected on June 30, 2023.
The building will house the headquarters of the following institutions:
- Delegation of the Marshal’s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Ciechanów,
- Mazovian Unit for the Implementation of EU Projects, Branch in Ciechanów,
- Mazovian Office of Regional Planning in Warsaw, Regional Branch in Ciechanów,
- Mazovian Centre for Social Policy, Provincial Adoption Centre, Branch in Ciechanów,
- Provincial Labour Office in Warsaw, Branch in Ciechanów,
- Museum of the Masovian Nobility in Ciechanów,
- County Office in Ciechanów,
- Pedagogical Library in Ciechanów.
In the above-ground part of the building, there will be office rooms, conference rooms and smaller meeting rooms. There will also be a library, an archive, showcases with an exhibition exhibition, as well as a children’s play area and a room for mothers. Importantly, the building has been designed taking into account the needs of people with disabilities (threshold-free passages, appropriately adapted bathrooms, elevator, parking spaces). The underground part of the facility will be intended mainly for parking spaces for employees. In addition, a station with an electric car charging function and a charging station has been designed outside the building.
The building is equipped with internal installations including, m.in, access to telecommunications services (including broadband Internet connection). A mechanical ventilation system and air conditioning will also be installed, as well as monitoring inside and outside the building. The Administration Center is to be heated with energy from the heating network and photovoltaic panels.
