Budimex launches recruitment for the sixth edition of the Student Ambassador Programme

The largest general contractor in Poland invites you to the sixth edition of the “BX Ambassador” Ambassador Program, addressed to students of faculties related to the construction industry. Participants of the programme will represent the company at their universities, gain practical experience, develop competences and cooperate with Budimex experts and managerial staff. Recruitment will last until September 4, 2026.

 

For six years, the Budimex Ambassador Programme has been connecting the academic environment with business, enabling students to actively participate in activities that allow them to gain experience during their studies. Students studying engineering and master’s degrees related to construction, environmental engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering and rail transport are invited to participate.

 

As part of the programme, ambassadors represent Budimex at job fairs, conferences and academic events, co-organise meetings and lectures with the company’s experts, promote the company’s activities on social media, cooperate with career offices, student self-governments and scientific clubs, as well as organise student visits to Budimex investments. They also support students interested in internships and internships and engage in collaboration with construction technicians.

 

“At Budimex, we have been investing in the development of young talents for years, because we know that the future of the entire construction industry depends on the competences of the next generations of engineers. The Ambassador Program is an opportunity for students to gain their first professional experience, build a network of contacts and learn about the specifics of working on the largest infrastructure investments in Poland. At the same time, it is an excellent opportunity for us to cooperate even more closely with the academic community and jointly shape the future staff of the industry,” says Anna Karyś-Sosińska, Member of the Management Board of Budimex SA and Director of the Human Resources Management Division.

 

Participants of the program will receive remuneration for their activities, take part in specialized trainings, a professional photo session and integration meetings of the Ambassadors. The programme also provides the opportunity to cooperate with Budimex management and priority in recruitment processes for internships. In addition, the most active Ambassador of Budimex or a company belonging to the Budimex Group, Mostostal Kraków, will receive a subsidy of PLN 2 thousand for the selected training.

Five editions and hundreds of initiatives at universities

 

At the beginning of July this year, the fifth edition of the Ambassador Program ended, which brought impressive results. The ambassadors represented Budimex at 45 job fairs, organised 13 construction trips and gave 11 lectures with the participation of the company’s experts. Communication in social media was also an important element of the program – nearly 400 materials were published during the edition, including stories, posts and videos published on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, among m.in others.

 

“The Ambassador Program showed me what it looks like to work on the largest infrastructure investments in Poland and how many opportunities for development the construction industry offers. Participating in it allowed me to go beyond the walls of the university, gain valuable contacts and find out that I want to tie my future to this industry. This is an experience that will definitely pay off in my future career,” says Krzysztof from Bialystok University of Technology, a participant in the fifth edition of the Budimex Ambassador Programme.

 

In the last edition, the program brought together as many as 17 ambassadors from different regions of Polish.

 

The Ambassador Programme is part of Budimex’s activities to cooperate with universities and technical schools and to support the development of future staff for the construction industry. For years, the company has been developing patronage classes, organizing internships and internships, conducting expert lectures and creating educational spaces at universities and technical schools.
