On 1 June 2015, Budimex signed a contract with Dune B, a company belonging to the Firmus Group, for the construction of a residential building in Mielno. The contract has a net value of PLN 53.4 million. Budimex will have time until 28 April 2017 to implement the investment.
Dune B is the second apartment building to be built by Budimex for the Mielno developer Firmus Group. Earlier, in mid-June 2013, it completed the construction of Dune A, i.e. the first part of Dune Resort – a complex with a total planned usable area of 33 thousand zlotys. sq. m. located almost on the seashore. In addition to Dune B (151 apartments), DUNE C (80 more) will be built in the future. The entire complex will accommodate approx. 350 holiday apartments of various sizes.
The main architect of the investment and the author of the project is Dr. Marek Sietnicki from SAS – Studio Architektoniczne Sietnicki from Szczecin. He also designed Dune A. The current design retains all the distinguishing features of the previous project, appreciated in 2014 m.in. by specialist publications (m.in. the monthly “Architektura” and the “Życie w Architekturze” website). Large glazing areas result in maximum access to natural light inside. The body of the building is set in such a way that a view of the sea is available from as many points as possible. Bright facades blend in with the natural surroundings of the beach and the shore dune.
Dune B offers buyers 151 turnkey apartments of various sizes: 36 studios; 80 two-bedroom, 29 three-bedroom and 6 penthouse.
A spacious lobby with reception and security is planned in the building. The underground garage hall will have parking spaces, storage rooms and bicycle boxes. The SPA zone includes a swimming pool, a recreational pool and a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, saunas, and a massage room. This will complement the leisure offer of DUNE A, which already has a cosmetology and wellness salon, a fitness room, and on the outdoor terrace, facing the sea, there are two outdoor heated swimming pools.
