On 30 December 2014, Budimex signed a contract with the Maritime Office in Słupsk for construction works related to the protection of the sea shores of the Koszalin Coast. The contract has a net value of PLN 74.9 million.

The scope of work includes the construction of five sections of coastal breakwaters, three of which will be 250 meters long, two 100 meters long. The distance between individual breakwaters will be approx. 250 meters. The construction of the breakwaters is to extinguish sea waves, which currently reach the seawall, and at the same time stimulate the construction of the beach.

The works will last until the end of August 2015.
