On 18 December 2014, Budimex signed a contract with Beyond.PL for the construction and equipment of the Information Technology Research Centre. The contract has a net value of PLN 102 million. Budimex will have 12 months to complete the investment.
The scope of work includes the construction of a four-storey office building with social facilities and teaching and conference rooms with a total area of 3.6 thousand. m.kw. and a technological building (13.6 thousand m.kw) with technical facilities (guaranteed power supply installation, cooling system, laboratory rooms, warehouses and workshops). In the same building, a separate zone for organized groups of visitors will also be created.
The buildings will be connected by two connectors: at the level of the second floor and in the basement.
The Centre will carry out activities related to the operation of computer systems used for research purposes.
