Budimex will build the second stage of the 19. District in Warsaw

The contract has a net value of PLN 88.9 million. The works will begin in the first half of April. As part of the investment, Budimex will build two buildings, one of which will have 6 to 10 storeys above ground and two underground, the other – from 6 to 8 storeys above ground and one underground. In total, there will be 341 apartments with an area of 16.4 thousand in both buildings. m.kw. and 381 parking spaces. Commercial premises will occupy 2.5 thousand. m.kw. The deadline for the completion of the works was set for the end of October 2014.
