January 12, 2023 Budimex has signed a contract for the expansion of Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz by another stage (the so-called fourth circle) along with the parking infrastructure (underground car park). The deadline for the implementation of the investment is 28 months (Opera building) and 18 months (parking for nearly 300 cars).
The fourth circle of the Opera is to be functionally and functionally connected with the main building. It contains m.in. a stage rehearsal room with a multifunctional solution for the audience, stage, orchestra pit, trapdoor and others, as well as a cinema room with very high sound and image parameters. The two-level car park will include an underground garage with a city square in its upper part.

The deadline for the implementation of the investment by the general contractor is 28 months (Opera building) and 18 months (car park).
Budimex has already successfully completed many other theatrical investments, including turnkey construction. Currently, the general contractor is also responsible for the expansion of the Polish Theatre in Szczecin and the modernisation of the Drama Theatre. Aleksandra Węgierki in Białystok.
