According to the contract concluded on 7 September, Budimex will carry out a comprehensive modernisation of the municipal stadium in Ząbkowice Śląskie by the end of 2024. As part of it, a new multifunctional building will be built with changing rooms, public hygiene and sanitary rooms, a lecture hall and office rooms. An important element of the task will be a leisure and recreation zone dedicated to families with children. The cost of the modernization amounts to PLN 19,164,384 gross.
As part of the tender, Budimex was selected by the local government as the contractor for the tender for construction works related to the modernisation of the municipal stadium in Ząbkowice Śląskie. The multifunctional facility built as part of the task is to be equipped with heat pumps and a photovoltaic installation. In addition, as part of the Order, Budimex will rebuild the car park at the Sunny Arena and the Sunny Water Park. An additional attraction will also be built on site in the form of a mini pumptrack with an asphalt surface. The facility will allow you to ride a skateboard, scooter and rollerblades, and will also be equipped with a small rainwater and meltwater retention system, which will help irrigate the nearby pitches.

Budimex can boast extensive and documented experience in both the construction and modernization of sports facilities throughout Polish. The company is responsible for the construction of the Academic Sports Centre in Bydgoszcz, the Paralympic Preparation Centre, as part of which the Jaskółka Sports and Entertainment Hall was rebuilt and modernised, as well as the construction of the largest recreational complex in Marki – the Marki Education and Recreation Centre, for which the company received a golden statuette in the nationwide competition “Construction of the Year 2019”.
