The CBCK initiative aims to select companies that stand out for their reliability in terms of employment policy, employee solutions and human resources management. These are trustworthy companies that care about the development of employees and ensure stability of employment and a friendly atmosphere at work.
“We are glad that once again the quality of Budimex – as a responsible employer – has been confirmed by this distinction. It is worth recalling that last year we joined the #niezwalniamy campaign. Its participants declare that due to the recession, jobs will be cut last. What distinguishes us also as an employer is a very low level of employee turnover, a very rich package of training, social benefits and the possibility of professional development at every level of career in our organization. This is the effort of the entire Budimex HR team, which deserves praise for the certificate obtained,” says Cezary Mączka, Member of the Management Board of Dyr. To obtain the title of Best Quality Employer, participants must pass the certification process and meet the standards set out in it. The following criteria are taken into account: the level of employment, the level of employee turnover, the development of professional qualifications of employees and training, career and promotion paths, recruitment conditions and competence management.
“Our goal is to select companies that provide the best working conditions. In the verification process, the employment policy and human resources management, promotion and development opportunities, stability and attractiveness of employment conditions are assessed,” says Elżbieta Michalska, President of CBCK.
Among the companies awarded the Best Quality Employer title were, next to Budimex, m.in. mBank, DPD, UPC and Grupa Żywiec.
