The roofing is being laid on the entire area of the building (about 30 percent has been completed). The implementation of the facilities is also going very smoothly – the finishing itself remains, the roof has been completely laid, the installation and partition walls are being assembled.

A façade (ceramic, with glass elements) is being laid on the surface of the entire Centre. The basic finish is 30 percent complete. Gypsum and cardboard constructions and plasters are also being made. At the garage level, the installation of sanitary and electronic installations has been completed, in the back room the works in this area are very advanced, in the largest room (S1) they are also progressing according to schedule. Electronic equipment is provided for the entire facility. The small room (S2) is almost finished – all that remains is the assembly of small elements, all the steel has been built-in, plaster wipes are being made. Work in these parts of the building is very precise due to the high acoustic requirements of the rooms. All works are progressing according to the agreed plan.

The contract with the City Hall in Krakow, worth PLN 257.9 million net, was signed in September 2011. The works will be completed in July 2014.
