The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o. about. In turn, the number of notarial agreements concluded for the transfer of ownership of a residential unit in the fourth quarter of 2020. amounted to 199, compared to 305 contracts concluded in the fourth quarter of 2019. In the period from January to December 2020. The Company concluded 1,286 similar agreements, compared to 1,534 agreements concluded in the previous year.

The very good result of pre-sales of apartments in 2020 is the result of the Company’s wide housing offer, as well as the structural demand for apartments in the largest cities. The number of notarial deeds concluded is in accordance with the handover schedule established by the Company. At the same time, both values indicate positive sentiment among consumers.
