Reconstruction of railway line number 7 on the Otwock-Lublin section for Budimex

On 29 May 2017, Budimex signed a contract with PKP PLK for the modernisation of one of the sections of railway road number 7 – from Pilawa to Dęblin.

The scope of works will include works related to the demolition, construction, reconstruction and extension of the m.in. track systems with subgrade along with access roads, traffic control devices, overhead contact lines, 38 engineering structures, including bridges, viaducts, tunnels, culverts and passages under the tracks. Platforms will also be made to adapt them to the needs of the disabled, as well as cubature facilities related to train traffic and railway service facilities.

The implementation time is 22 months from the date of commencement of works. The contract value is slightly more than PLN 597 million net.
