The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 18 December 2018. received the statement of resignation from Mr. Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti with effect from December 18, 2018. from the position of Vice-President of Budimex SA. The reason for his resignation was that Mr. Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti had taken on new responsibilities within the Ferrovial Group.
