The Siennicki Bridge, which connects the centre of Gdańsk with the districts of Stogi and Przeróbka, was opened to traffic on 16 September this year.

Budimex has modernised the tram infrastructure in ul. Siennicka and ul. Lenartowicza from ul. Elbląska Street to ul. Sucharski. A double-track tram line (approx. 4.5 km of single track) was rebuilt. As part of the investment, Budimex also rebuilt and modernised the bridge over the Martwa Wisła, the tunnel under the tracks at the Brama Żuławska stop and the road viaduct in this area. Siennicka and Lenartowicza streets were also rebuilt (on the section from the intersection of Siennicka – Powalna to the intersection of Lenartowicza and Sucharskiego streets) along with the adjacent infrastructure (street intersections, pedestrian crossings, bus stops). Finishing works will be carried out on the investment site until the end of September.

The contract value is PLN 53.9 million net. The investment was completed within 16 months.
