The consortium of Budimex and Ferrovial Agroman completes the S3 expressway in the Lubuskie Voivodeship

The consortium of Budimex and Ferrovial Agroman, together with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, has put into service a 13-kilometre section of the S3 from the northern junction of Zielona Góra to Nieradka. The scope of work included the construction of 14 engineering structures, the construction of a dual carriageway road with the reconstruction of the existing roadway of the national road, the renovation of the surface of the existing rightway of the S-3 expressway, the construction and reconstruction of local and access roads. The construction worth PLN 171 million net began at the end of 2015. The second 17-kilometre section of the S3 implemented by the same consortium from Nieradzic to Nowa Sól will be opened in mid-December. Thanks to both investments, the entire Lubuskie Voivodeship will be passable on the S3 expressway.
