The subject of the construction project were residential buildings and recreational apartments in the Hotel and Apartment Complex together with the Aquamarina Swimming Pool and Recreation Complex, located in Międzyzdroje. The investment included two complexes A and B of seven five-storey residential buildings with recreational apartments, partially connected by two- or four-storey connectors with a one-storey underground garage. In addition, the construction was accompanied by work on the infrastructure of networks, roads, small architecture and greenery. The total aboveground area A and B is 37.6 thousand. m2 – underground A and B 15.7 thousand m2. The net value of the project is PLN 85 million.
