The building of the District Court in Katowice consists of 6 storeys after construction. It was made on a turnkey basis, including the development of the entire area, internal system of vehicular and pedestrian communication, parking lots and technical infrastructure connections. The project was awarded in the “Polish Cement in Architecture” competition. The total area of the building is 18.6 thousand. m2, cubic capacity 76.7 thousand. m³. The net value of the investment is PLN 50 million.
