The building has a total of five floors – four above-ground and one underground, on which there is an underground car park with 171 spaces and technical rooms. The contract was carried out under the “design and build” formula.

The two-wing building includes teaching and laboratory rooms assigned to individual departments, the dean’s office and amphitheater lecture halls. The remaining classrooms, common to the entire faculty and the main communication divisions with large glazing, are located on all four floors of the connector.

Nearly 2,700 students of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, will be able to study here. The modernly equipped rooms and laboratories have a total area of 12,8000 m2.
