Construction of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Arts of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. The works consisted in the reconstruction of the existing didactic building A for the needs of the dean’s office in order to obtain communication with the new part of the faculty. As part of the works, three new buildings were built: a three-storey didactic building B, a three-storey building C, in which a stage and a conference and concert hall are located, and a two-storey didactic building D, in which we can also find a library. The scope of the contract also included land development, construction of entrances, parking lots, internal roads and pavements. An important element of the investment was a new complex of transformer stations, located under the entrance square. The area of the building is 5 thousand. m2, cubic capacity 38 thousand. m2. The total value of the project amounted to PLN 40 million net.
