The subject of the contract was the turnkey construction of Stage I of the Faculty of Social Sciences Building. The works included the construction of: the central building, the wing of the Institute of Pedagogy and the underground garage. The cylindrical central building was built in its entirety, along with the staircases of the individual wings. The remaining stages of the investment are the subject of a separate contract. The usable area of Stage I is 10.7 thousand. m2, and the total area – 21 thousand. m2. The net value of this project is PLN 67 million.
