Extension, superstructure and reconstruction of the existing hotel building with a catering and conference area, as well as construction of an indoor swimming pool with service facilities for the entire complex. The completed five-star SPA facility consists of: 133 apartments, restaurants, conference rooms, beauty salons, hairdressing salon, swimming pool, gym and sauna. The usable area of the building is 10.3 thousand. m2. The total value of the project amounted to PLN 32 million net.
