The new facility was built as part of the project “Warsaw Technological Space – Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer Management of the Warsaw University of Technology”, on the plot of the Warsaw University of Technology located at al. People’s Army between the building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Focus office building. It serves research and development activities related to technology transfer and innovation management.

The work was carried out in the design and build system and also included partial equipment of the building.

A six-storey building was built, which forms an integrated whole with the project “Warsaw Technological Space – Filter 1a Innovation Center”. The cubic capacity is 59,700 m³, and the total area: 14,056 m2.
