The works consisted of a comprehensive turnkey construction (without furniture equipment) of a facility with five above-ground and one underground storeys. The building is L-shaped with two wings: A and C, connected by connector B and Hall D, located between the wings. The modernly equipped building includes teaching rooms, apparatus, laboratory and scientific laboratories and an auditorium. As part of the works, water and sewage infrastructure, ventilation, heating substation and ICT and teletechnical installations were made. Solar panels were installed on the roof, and the area around the building was developed along with the construction of small architecture elements. Budimex was awarded the Golden Trowel for the teaching building of the Collegium Pharmaceuticum of the Medical University of Lublin in the “Public Utility Facilities” category. The total value of the project is PLN 37 million net.
