The production hall, which has an area of 30,000 m2, was built on a plot of over 10 hectares. It will produce specialized machinery and equipment for the dairy and food industries. As part of the investment, a social and office building with a usable area of 4,000 m2, consisting of two parts, was also built. The first is a two-storey social part, the second – a three-storey office part. The infrastructure of the facility is complemented by internal roads with a parking lot for employees. Their total area is 28,000 m2. As part of the investment, two porter’s lodges, shelters and a sprinkler pumping station building with fire tanks were also built.
