Construction of a B+ class office building with a two-storey garage. The works included the construction and equipment of the rooms of the common parts of the building, such as: toilets, corridors, elevator halls, staircases and garages. The development of other spaces is left to the discretion of the rental units. The building is equipped with 4 passenger lifts and all necessary installations. The entire work was completed within 15 months. The total area of the building is 15.5 thousand. m2. The net value of the project is PLN 36 million.
