The new, four-star hotel was built on the site of the former Feature Film Studio at ul. Łąkowa. It is the first DoubleTree by Hilton facility in Poland. It offers approx. 200 rooms, a complex of conference rooms, a restaurant, a fitness/spa complex with a swimming pool on the top floor with a view of the park, a cinema room in the adapted building of the former cinema and an underground car park serving the hotel, office and cinema parts of the building. The building has 12 floors, including one underground. Its total area is 28 thousand. m2. This project received the first degree award in the category “Objects evaluated individually” in the Construction of the Year 2013 competition. The net value of the project is PLN 99 million.
