September 29, 2009 in\u00a0the Porczy\u0144ski Gallery in\u00a0Warsaw, the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers inaugurated the celebration of the Construction Day. <\/strong><\/p>\n

During the ceremony, Marek Micha\u0142owski, President of Budimex, received the \u201cEmployer of the Year 2008 in\u00a0Construction\u201d statuette in\u00a0the group of large companies. President Marek Micha\u0142owski was honoured for maintaining the position of a\u00a0leading company in\u00a0the domestic construction industry.<\/p>\n

The assumption of the organizer of the competition \u2013 the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers \u2013 is to\u00a0select and promote such employers in\u00a0the construction industry who, by\u00a0managing the company professionally and reliably, represent an outstanding level, worthy of imitation.<\/p>\n

The competition jury takes into account m.in.\u00a0criteria such as\u00a0the reputation of the company and the candidate\u2019s personal achievements. The HR and social policy, the level of use of EU\u00a0funds, the organization of management and the company\u2019s financial results are also evaluated.<\/p>\n

This is not the only award; The Chapter of the \u201cMeritorious for the Construction Industry\u201d Badge awarded Budimex SA with the Golden Badge for special merits for the development of the construction industry.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0turn, Budimex Nieruchomo\u015bci Sp. z\u00a0o.o., as\u00a0a\u00a0reliable company with an established position on\u00a0the market, has obtained an extension of the validity of the Developer\u2019s Certificate for the next two years (the company has held this certificate since 2001).<\/p>\n

The ceremony was attended by\u00a0representatives of the world of politics and business, as\u00a0well as\u00a0representatives of industry and national media.<\/p>\n
