We\u00a0believe that grassroots initiatives respond much more effectively to\u00a0local needs, which is why Budimex has been operating an employee volunteering programme \u2013 \u201cGrant for Volunteering\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 since 2015. Throughout the year, the company\u2019s employees can submit their ideas for activities aimed at\u00a0m.in.\u00a0to\u00a0their local communities. Every quarter, our CSR committee allocates funds for selected projects whose implementation is supported by\u00a0Budimex volunteers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In\u00a0accordance with Budimex\u2019s main area of expertise, most of the projects are renovation and construction projects. Our positive heroes have already renewed m.in.\u00a0day-care centres in\u00a0orphanages, renovated the roof of a\u00a0charity organisation or\u00a0improved social conditions in\u00a0a\u00a0school for children with autism.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0part of the program, we\u00a0carefully observe and respond to\u00a0what is happening around us. Thus, in\u00a02022, a\u00a0special edition of \u201cHelp for Ukraine\u201d<\/strong> took place, as\u00a0part of which our employees completed 7 grants with a\u00a0total value of PLN 136 thousand. PLN.<\/p>\n

In\u00a02023, in\u00a0connection with the announcement of Budimex\u2019s ESG Strategy, we\u00a0helped members of the company team to\u00a0raise funds for unique initiatives focused on\u00a0promoting environmental education and caring for local ecosystems.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
