The requirements included in the document are in addition to the requirements set out in the law. All costs related to meeting the requirements in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection must be included in the bid price submitted by the subcontractor or supplier.<\/p>\n<p>In case of questions or doubts, please contact an employee of Budimex SA indicated in the \u201cRequest for proposal\u201d. Planning the implementation of works<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\">1.1. Assessment of occupational risk related to the implementation of the subject of the contract (risk assessment for the task of the Ombudsman)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Each contractor is obliged to assess the risk for the works that will be entrusted to him under the contract. The assessment should be made taking into account the planned technology of the works. The study must include specific technical and organizational solutions that the contractor has at its disposal or plans to introduce during the implementation of works. The results of the risk assessment for the task are necessary for the correct preparation of the bid and the Safe Work Execution Instruction (IBWR). The occupational risk assessment for the task is a supplement to the occupational risk assessment and the first stage of planning the safe implementation of works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1.2. Safe Work Instruction (IBWR)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The purpose of IBWR is to plan and prepare the work process in a way that allows it to be performed safely. This document covers all aspects that determine safety, i.e. Technical, Organizational, and Human (TOL)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1.2.1. Instructions for safe execution of works are required for the following types of work:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>work at height,<\/li>\n<li>works that involve the risk of covering people with soil or other loose materials, m.in. earthworks related to narrow- and wide-space excavations,<\/li>\n<li>robots that pose a risk of contact with chemical or biological substances that pose a threat to human safety;<\/li>\n<li>works and works carried out in the immediate vicinity of power and gas lines,<\/li>\n<li>works and works carried out in the immediate vicinity of vehicular traffic,<\/li>\n<li>works related to the assembly and disassembly of heavy prefabricated elements,<\/li>\n<li>works and works requiring the presence of an employee in the immediate vicinity (work zone) of self-propelled construction machinery,<\/li>\n<li>works and works carried out in elevator shafts, installation shafts and other places to which access is limited or difficult due to technological reasons,<\/li>\n<li>transport works and works related to the use of stationary and mobile cranes and cranes,<\/li>\n<li>works and works performed with the use of containers\/baskets acting as working platforms,<\/li>\n<li>work with explosives,<\/li>\n<li>works on the banks of watercourses,<\/li>\n<li>other works considered by the Site Management to be particularly dangerous, included in the BIOZ Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1.2.2. IBWR preparation rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The Safe Performance Instruction (IBWR) may appear as a uniform document concerning given construction works or as a set of instructions for safe performance of work in a situation where it concerns construction works of a complex nature, consisting of many activities and activities burdened with high or medium risk.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The IBWR should include only what is important from the point of view of achieving its purpose. Avoid any information that is unnecessary from the user\u2019s point of view, which only causes the instructions to be illegible.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The instructions should be clear and understandable. The information should be formulated in a simple way and leave no doubt or room for interpretation. Where possible, information should be presented by diagrams, photos or drawings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The following information and documents are the basis for preparing the instructions:\n<ul>\n<li>BIOZ plan,<\/li>\n<li>occupational risk assessment for the task (ORZ),<\/li>\n<li>design documentation, including detailed design, technical specifications,<\/li>\n<li>work schedule,<\/li>\n<li>construction site development plan,<\/li>\n<li>technical and operational documentation of machinery and equipment, operating manuals, safety data sheets of chemical substances, etc.,<\/li>\n<li>guidelines contained in regulations, procedures and standards,<\/li>\n<li>information on OHS coordination regarding work processes carried out in the immediate vicinity of the planned works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The approved and accepted IBWR is a condition for commencing the execution of works. The instructions are approved (signed) by an authorized person representing the Contractor. The Site Manager of Budimex SA or a person appointed by him accepts the approved document. Acceptance is confirmed in writing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">IBWR can be changed and updated according to the needs of the construction or technological process. The approval and acceptance procedure is the same each time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">2. Organization of occupational safety and environmental protection<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.1. Organization of works and supervision over their proper implementation:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.1.1. The Contractor is obliged to ensure constant supervision over the employees and the work carried out by a person with qualifications required by the provisions of the labour law, i.e.: a person managing work within the meaning of the Labour Code.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.1.2. In the case of construction works, the contractor is obliged to ensure direct supervision by persons with appropriate construction qualifications. A person with a construction licence and training for persons managing employees may at the same time organise and conduct supervision described in point 1. 2.1.1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.2. At all times during the works, the contractor is obliged to ensure the supervision described in pt. 2.1.1. and 2.1.2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.3. The contractor is obliged to ensure the constant presence of persons designated to provide first aid and trained in this field during the works. This is the responsibility of every employer or work organizer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.4. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the constant presence of persons designated to fight fires and evacuate employees from the place of work during the work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">2.5. The Contractor is obliged to provide supervision and advice in the field of OHS performed by a qualified OHS service or by persons with appropriate training and authorizations (employer, person entrusted with duties in accordance with applicable law). Health and safety supervision should cover all employees and people with whom the works will be carried out. A person performing the tasks of the OHS service is obliged to visit workplaces and document the activities carried out in the field of irregularities found and recommended corrective actions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">3. Preparing employees to perform the work<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">The Contractor is obliged to carry out the work with the help of employees and persons fully capable of performing the entrusted tasks and having the necessary qualifications and authorizations. The ability to perform work and qualifications are documented individually for each employee, taking into account the position held and the work entrusted to them. Documents confirming qualifications and qualifications are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>current medical certificates confirming the lack of contraindications to perform work issued by a physician entered in the register of physicians conducting preventive examinations, kept by the Provincial Centre for Occupational Medicine (translation of medical certificates by a sworn translator is allowed in the case of foreign employees from EU countries),<\/li>\n<li>up-to-date periodic training in occupational health and safety. In the case of blue-collar employees, the training is required to be updated at least once a year, in the case of employers and persons managing employees, the update is required at least once every 3 years,<\/li>\n<li>documents at the workplace (if such are required to perform the entrusted work, e.g. excavator operator qualifications, scaffolding fitter qualifications, etc.). The person performing the work should have these documents at the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">Failure to present documents is treated as a failure to meet the conditions listed above and results in refusal to allow the employee to perform work or removal from work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">4. Work clothing and footwear and personal protective equipment<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">4.1. The Contractor is obliged to equip employees with workwear and protective footwear of at least type S3 (and with additional properties in relation to the positions of welder, electrician, etc.) and personal protective equipment selected according to the identified hazards (ORZ point 1.1.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">4.2. Regardless of the measures selected in connection with the work performed, the basic equipment of the employee and each person on the construction site is:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>workwear covering the arms and legs,<\/li>\n<li>warning vest in accordance with PN-EN 471 (visibility class II), with markings enabling the identification of the Contractor,<\/li>\n<li>protective footwear protecting the ankle joint that meets the requirements of category S3 in accordance with PN-EN ISO 20345,<\/li>\n<li>protective helmet in accordance with EN 397, (applicable colors: supervisory staff \u2013 white, hook personnel \u2013 red, other employees \u2013 any color),<\/li>\n<li>safety goggles in the min. 1F according to EN 166,<\/li>\n<li>when cutting with angle grinders, face shield compatible with the helmet,<\/li>\n<li>other requirements specified by the Site Management and described in the BIOZ Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">4.3. The above-mentioned personal protective equipment should be provided to both workers performing the work and people on the construction site. This obligation applies to everyone, regardless of the type of work performed or the purpose of the visit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">4.4. All Personal Protective Equipment used on the construction site must:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>have a visible CE mark and protection class,<\/li>\n<li>be used within the expiry date\/shelf life provided by the manufacturer,<\/li>\n<li>have documents confirming the inspections carried out by the manufacturer,<\/li>\n<li>be in good technical condition,<\/li>\n<li>be in proper cleanliness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">4.5. The type and amount of personal protective equipment and the costs associated with it should be determined on the basis of the ORZ and the number of employees and people who will perform work or stay on the construction site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">5. Work that should be performed by at least two people<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\">The contractor is obliged to identify the works and works occurring as part of the performance of the contract, which should be performed by at least two people and ensure the appropriate number of employees for this circumstance. Identification should be made on the basis of the Risk Assessment for the Task (ORZ) and the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">6. Machinery, equipment and technical devices<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">6.1. The contractor is obliged to ensure that all machines and technical equipment used on the construction site meet the requirements of EU regulations and directives and have a clear CE marking. In the absence of CE marking, the condition for authorisation for operation is a declaration of conformity with the essential requirements of the relevant European Union directives. The declaration can be in Polish or English. If it is written in English, you should have a translation made by a sworn translator. In particular, this applies to: all types of construction machinery, handling equipment, pressure equipment and any equipment for the operation of which a license issued by the Institute of Construction Machinery and Rock Mining is required.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">6.2. All vehicles, machines and self-propelled devices are to be equipped with a warning\/flashing light (signaling the movement of the vehicle) and an audible reversing signal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">6.3. In the case of delivery of scaffolding with assembly or performance of works with their use, including assembly and disassembly works, it is necessary to ensure that the assembly is carried out by persons with scaffolding fitter qualifications, and the acceptance is each time carried out by persons with construction qualifications and qualifications to supervise assembly works and acceptance and confirmation of the correctness of scaffolding assembly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">6.4. The Contractor is obliged to keep at the site of works documentation which is the basis for the safe operation of equipment, scaffolding and machinery, e.g. scaffolding designs, acceptance protocols, UDT inspection documents, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">7. Safety of operation of electrical installations<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">7.1. The contractor is obliged to use power tools that meet the minimum degree of protection against external factors IP44 for the performance of works on the construction site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">7.2. Any electrical wiring used on the construction site, including extension cords, should consist of tire wires (marked with an \u201cO\u201d on the cord) and be approved for use in the open air.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">7.3. All power equipment used on the construction site must meet the requirements of the standards and be CE marked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">8. Working at height<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">8.1. Work that requires employees to be at height should be organized with the use of professional platforms and working scaffolding. The standard organisation of work at height with ladders is excluded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">It is allowed to use ladders to perform individual activities, provided that the conditions for their performance are taken into account in the IBWR and the approval of the site manager is obtained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">8.2. When planning work that requires staying at height, you should first plan to secure workplaces with collective protection measures. If this is not possible, it is permissible to perform work with the use of personal protective equipment, provided that the type of equipment and the manner of its application in the IBWR are specified and after obtaining the approval of the site manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">9. First Aid<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Contractor is obliged to provide employees, in particular persons trained to provide first aid (in accordance with point 2.3), a portable first aid kit containing basic materials and means for first aid. The composition of the first aid kit is determined by an occupational medicine physician cooperating with the Contractor. The control of the contents of the first aid kit is carried out on the basis of a list of materials and products approved by the doctor. The first aid kit must be replenished on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">10.Fire protection<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A contractor carrying out fire-hazardous works is obliged to provide at the workplaces with the necessary measures provided for in the IBWR to prevent the spread of fire. Fire extinguishers should have an up-to-date technical inspection in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s recommendations. In each case of fire-hazardous works, the contractor is obliged to obtain a work permit from the General Contractor in accordance with the procedure (PTW).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">11. Social facilities<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">The Contractor is obliged to provide all persons with whom it performs the works with hygienic, sanitary and social facilities in the form of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Locker room<\/li>\n<li>Dining room<\/li>\n<li>toilets located near workstations,<\/li>\n<li>sanitary facilities (washrooms, showers, toilets).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">This obligation is carried out in close cooperation with the General Contractor, who provides hygiene and sanitary facilities to all persons carrying out work on the construction site. The method of settling costs (costs of renting and operating containers and cleaning) is part of the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">12. Environmental protection, waste collection and segregation<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">12.1. At the valuation stage, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the standards of Budimex SA\u2019s requirements in the field of environmental protection as well as legal and other requirements applicable to the investment site (requirements of the environmental decision).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">12.2. The contractor is responsible for the management of the waste generated by him. This means that he is obliged to properly collect waste (waste containers or other containers), establish cooperation with the waste collection company and keep records of waste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">12.3. The Contractor is obliged to specify in the Safe Execution Instruction (IBWR), before commencing the execution of works, the type and quantity of hazardous waste to be generated and the method of its management, in accordance with the Construction Waste Management Plan adopted in the BIOZ plan, according to the scope of its works.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">12.4. If the General Contractor provides waste collection, the method of organization and financial settlements are elements of the contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">12.5. The Contractor is obliged to respond to emergency situations and environmental incidents, in accordance with the system and standard of conduct adopted by Budimex SA, and the Contractors carrying out works with the use of construction machinery and vehicles are obliged to provide employees with:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">sorbent for securing fuel and technical fluid leaks,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">sorption mats used to protect fuel leakage during refueling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/li>\n                                    <li class=\"faq-section__single\">\n                        <button class=\"faq-section__item\" data-faq-item>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__question\">\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionText\">\n                                    <p class=\"typo-h5 f-700 color-dark-100\">13. Documents and their storage<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"faq-section__questionToggle\">\n                                    <span class=\"icon icon-triangle-down d-flex\"><\/span>\n                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-section__answer\">\n                                <div class=\"typo-18 color-dark-100\" data-faq-item-answer><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">The Contractor is obliged to have documentation on the construction site constituting the basis for admission to the execution of works, including documentation on the preparation of the technological process and documentation concerning the persons with the help of whom the works are carried out, the so-called \u201cConstruction Process\u201d. \u201cContractor file binder\u201d. The Contractor is obliged to present the above documents at each request of the General Contractor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-size=\"12\">The obligatory documents constituting the \u201cContractor\u2019s Binder\u201d are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Occupational Risk Assessment for the Task (ORZ),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">approved and accepted Safe Work Instruction (IBWR),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">current medical certificates confirming the absence of contraindications to perform work issued by a physician entered in the register of physicians conducting preventive examinations, kept by the Provincial Centre for Occupational Medicine (translation of medical certificates by a sworn translator is allowed in the case of foreign employees from EU countries),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">current certificates of periodic training in the field of occupational health and safety.
