The Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. on\u00a020 May 2021 adopted resolutions appointing new members to\u00a0the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. On\u00a0the basis of the above-mentioned resolutions, the members of the Supervisory Board were: Mr. Dariusz Blocher and Mr. Ignacio Aitor Garcia Bilbao<\/p>\n

  1. Mr. Dariusz Blocher<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mr. Dariusz Blocher is a\u00a0graduate of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering at\u00a0the Cz\u0119stochowa University of Technology. After graduation in\u00a01992, he\u00a0started working at\u00a0the Industrial Boiler Factory Ahlstrom \u2013 Fakop. In\u00a0the years 1993 \u2013 1994 he\u00a0worked in\u00a0the distribution company \u201cProman\u201d s.c. in\u00a0Katowice as\u00a0a\u00a0branch manager. Since May 1994 until February 2002 he\u00a0was associated with Pepsi Co. Poland, performing successively the following functions: Head of the Sales Branch in\u00a0Silesia, Director of Sales in\u00a0the Sales and Distribution Department, and since September 1998 Director of Chief Executive Officer personnel in\u00a0production plants and at\u00a0the Pepsi Cola headquarters in\u00a0Poland.<\/p>\n

    In\u00a02007, he\u00a0graduated from IESE Business School in\u00a0Barcelona, completing the AMP (Advance Management Program). Since February 2002. he\u00a0was a\u00a0member of the Management Board, Director of human resources management of Budimex SA. From November 2007, he\u00a0was the President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer of Budimex Dromex S.A. and a\u00a0member of the Management Board of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

    Since September 2009. by\u00a0May 2021 he\u00a0was the President of the Management Board, CEO of Budimex S.A. Mr. Dariusz Blocher resigned on\u00a0May 19, 2021. from the functions performed in\u00a0the Management Board of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    1. Mr. Ignacio Aitor Garcia Bilbao<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Mr. Ignacio Garcia Bilbao is Chief Financial Officer of Ferrovial Construction, responsible for all economic and financial aspects of the division.<\/p>\n

      Education: Diploma in\u00a0Economics and Business Administration from Comillas University ICADE (Madrid) and Management Development Program (PDD) from IESE.<\/p>\n

      He\u00a0started his professional career as\u00a0an auditor at\u00a0Deloitte, joining Ferrovial Agroman after 2 years. Since then, he\u00a0has many years of experience at\u00a0Ferrovial, holding various management positions and being a\u00a0member of the board representing Ferrovial in\u00a0various companies.<\/p>\n

      In\u00a02000, after the acquisition of Budimex, he\u00a0lived in\u00a0Warsaw until 2003, where he\u00a0served as\u00a0Deputy Financial Director and Control Director. From 2011 to\u00a02019, he\u00a0was Chief Financial Officer at\u00a0Ferrovial Airports and Ferrovial Power Infrastructures, rejoining the Ferrovial Construction team as\u00a0CFO in\u00a02020. In\u00a0addition to\u00a0his experience in\u00a0finance and development, he\u00a0has also contributed to\u00a0the development of Ferrovial\u2019s innovations, being a\u00a0member of the Digital Vision Board for several years.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
