The investment will be\u00a0implemented in\u00a0the \u201cdesign and build\u201d mode. Its value is over PLN 134 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The bypass will be\u00a0built along national road number 8, on\u00a0the route leading from Bia\u0142ystok to\u00a0the border with Lithuania. Its construction will make it possible to\u00a0bypass the town of Sztabin on\u00a0the eastern side and will increase safety, improve transport and move transit traffic out of the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As\u00a0part of the bypass, an 11-span flyover with a\u00a0length of over 600 m will be\u00a0built, leading over the Biebrza River valley and the Biebrza National Park.\u00a0  \u201cDue to\u00a0the special location of the route, the project assumes the use of modern technological solutions. Their aim is to\u00a0increase\u00a0 the safety of the valuable natural areas of the Biebrza valley and the national park,\u201d says <strong>Artur Popko<\/strong>, President of the Management Board of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the works, one roadway with a\u00a0cross-section of 1\u00d72\u00a0 will be\u00a0built \u2013 one lane in\u00a0each direction. In\u00a0addition, three intersections will also be\u00a0built, including two roundabouts, a\u00a0viaduct along the county road No. 1228B and a\u00a0pedestrian and bicycle route.
