As\u00a0part of the investment worth over PLN 249 million, 15 kilometers of the route will be\u00a0built along national road No. 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Suchowola bypass will be\u00a0part of national road No. 8 on\u00a0the section between Bia\u0142ystok and Suwa\u0142ki. The new road from the east will bypass Suchowola and a\u00a0number of smaller towns, including Zag\u00f3rze, Wysokie, Skindzierz, Chodor\u00f3wka Nowa, Po\u015bwi\u0119tne and Krzywa, thus taking transit traffic out of the cities and improving the safety of people traveling on\u00a0the roads of the voivodeship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This is another large project of Budimex in\u00a0the Podlaskie Voivodeship, right next to\u00a0the contract signed this year for the design and construction of the Sztabin bypass on\u00a0DK8 Bia\u0142ystok-August\u00f3w. In\u00a0the Polish Voivodeship, the general contractor is also building three sections of the S61 expressway and the S19 Bia\u0142ystok West-Bia\u0142ystok Ksi\u0119\u017cyno section (Via Carpatia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By\u00a02024, five intersections will be\u00a0built as\u00a0part of the Suchowola Bypass, including four roundabouts and one flyover. The investment will also include five bridges along national road No. 8 and two along additional roadways that will be\u00a0built as\u00a0part of this task. As\u00a0part of the works, nine viaducts, animal crossings and roads for local traffic will also be\u00a0built. The gross value of the entire investment is PLN 249,145,911.96 \u00a0, and its implementation is planned for 41 months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Suchowola bypass is another investment of Budimex implemented as\u00a0part of the government\u2019s Programme for the construction of 100 bypasses, planned for 2020-2030.
