Budimex has signed a contract \u00a0for the construction of the Administrative Centre in Ciechan\u00f3w. The contract will be carried out in the \u201cbuild\u201d formula along with the equipment of the building \u201cturnkey\u201d. The investor is the Self-Government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the County Office in Ciechan\u00f3w.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The investment called \u201cConstruction of the Administrative Center in Ciechan\u00f3w for the\u00a0needs of administrative units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the Ciechan\u00f3w County\u201d concerns the implementation of a five-storey building with\u00a0a basement, covered with a flat roof. The area of the facility is 7673.68\u00a0m\u00b2, cubic capacity 36499.06 m\u00b3. The total cost of construction is PLN 53,375,850.00\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0. The completion date of the works is expected on June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n
