On\u00a0Tuesday, April 5, we\u00a0signed a\u00a0contract with the Municipality of Olsztyn for the expansion of the tram depot at\u00a0ul.\u00a0Ko\u0142obrzeska 40 in\u00a0Olsztyn. The contract will be\u00a0executed in\u00a0a\u00a0consortium with KZN Rail\u00a0Sp.\u00a0 z\u00a0o.o. Budimex is the leader of the consortium \u2013 it has about 87.88% of the share.<\/p>\n

The investment is divided into two stages. The basic scope (stage I) includes the development of multi-discipline design documentation, obtaining a\u00a0building permit, implementation of demolition works, construction of the track and road system in\u00a0the depot area, along with the reconstruction of the underground infrastructure, construction of the parking hall building with equipment and construction of the service hall in\u00a0terms of its structure, roof and external walls. Stage II\u00a0(covered by\u00a0the right of option) assumes the finishing and equipping of the service hall as\u00a0well as\u00a0the execution and commissioning of the traffic control system in\u00a0the tram depot.<\/p>\n

The contract value is\u00a0 90.5 million net<\/p>\n
