Electromobility in\u00a0Poland is developing intensively, and more and more companies decide to\u00a0join the group of pioneers of ecological transport. One of them is Budimex, which is entering a\u00a0new industry in\u00a0the company of an experienced partner, Elocity.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Budimex and Elocity will supply and manage new electric car charging points, which will be\u00a0available in\u00a0public places. This is\u00a0another area, after investments in\u00a0renewable energy sources and foreign markets, which Budimex is entering. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Budimex is the largest construction group in\u00a0Poland. Years of experience, expert knowledge, highly qualified staff and the quality of implementation at\u00a0the highest level make the company\u2019s management choose their business partners with caution. Therefore, when deciding to\u00a0enter the new area of electromobility, Budimex was looking for an experienced contractor. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cElectromobility is a\u00a0natural direction of our development after the first investments in\u00a0onshore wind farms. We\u00a0have been analyzing the direction in\u00a0which this industry is developing for a\u00a0long time. We\u00a0decided that now is the best time to\u00a0establish a\u00a0dedicated company that will develop areas related to\u00a0electromobility in\u00a0our Group <\/em>\u2013 says Cezary \u0141ysenko, Director of Infrastructure Construction at\u00a0Budimex\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2013 When looking for a\u00a0partner, we\u00a0analyzed the offers of leading providers of software for managing the infrastructure of electric car charging stations and it was the Elocity business model that we\u00a0found to\u00a0be\u00a0the most suitable for our needs. Very good opinions about the company, operators and owners of charging stations were also important. It is a\u00a0Polish company with great potential and positive feedback from equipment suppliers. It is the ideal partner for our Group<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 emphasizes Jakub D\u0142ugoszek, Director of the Infrastructure Construction Branch P\u00f3\u0142noc\u00a0<\/p>\n

At\u00a0the moment, Budimex is already talking to\u00a0dozens of local governments, developers and investors. It plans to\u00a0create more than 100 charging points for electric vehicles within 24 months. We\u00a0offer the installation of ready-made vehicle charging stations, service and system management at\u00a0our expense. The only thing left for our partners to\u00a0do\u00a0is to\u00a0provide space <\/em>\u2013 adds Jakub D\u0142ugoszek from Budimex.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Elocity and Budimex. Getting closer to\u00a0zero-emission transport with every step<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The contract that has just been signed provides for Budimex to\u00a0purchase a\u00a0licence for the Elocity system for its own charging stations and to\u00a0provide charging services for individual customers. The publicly available stations will be\u00a0available in\u00a0the Elocity application, which already has over 280 points, and this number is constantly growing. Elocity specializes in\u00a0managing charging stations for companies investing in\u00a0electromobility. With technology solutions, Elocity partners can get their infrastructure up and running instantly without the need for additional resources.<\/p>\n

\u2013 From the very beginning, we\u00a0have set ourselves ambitious goals, thanks to\u00a0which we\u00a0are now one of the leaders in\u00a0electromobility in\u00a0Poland<\/em> \u2013 says Micha\u0142 Baranowski, CEO of Elocity \u2013 Intensive The development of our network is possible, among others, thanks to\u00a0investors and companies that trust our experience. Cooperation with\u00a0Budimex is another big step, both for Elocity itself and for the ever-growing group of drivers choosing eco-friendly, electric cars.
