The second \u201cHouse from the Heart\u201d is ready! On Tuesday, July 26, 2022. the grand finale of the action took place, as part of which the construction of a house for the 8-person family of Iwona and Krzysztof and their six children was completed to a turnkey state. The second edition of the program was again joined by friendly companies, whose representatives met in\u00a0Antoniewo near\u00a0 Brusy in the province of Szczecin. Pomorskie Voivodeship to hand over the keys to\u00a0their dream home to\u00a0the family.<\/strong><\/p>\n

House from the Heart 2 is a continuation of the high-profile campaign from a year ago, under which Budimex, in cooperation with other companies, built, equipped and handed over a house for Magda\u2019s 16-person family from Radomsko, who was in need. This time, the beneficiaries of the program were the 8-person family of Iwona and Krzysztof. In addition to the challenges of the illness of two children and providing them with special care, the family is struggling with a difficult financial situation. Iwona and Krzysztof, in order to provide their six children with better living conditions, decided to build their own house on the inherited plot. The works began, but due to the difficult financial situation of the family, the construction had to be stopped. Budimex, in cooperation with other companies, helped the family make their dream come true and completed the construction of the house to a turnkey state.<\/p>\n

On July 26, the keys to the new house were ceremonially handed over. All project partners, stakeholders and regional media were invited to the meeting. During the event, the most important events in the construction of the house were summarized and presented. Thanks to the help of partner companies that were involved in the campaign, we handed over a turnkey house with an area of approx. 150 m2<\/sup>. The ground floor is occupied by a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and utility rooms, while the first floor houses rooms for children, as well as an additional bathroom.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Until the end, we did not believe how lucky we were. It took 7 months from the\u00a0time the house was handed over to Budimex to the date of acceptance of the house. It is a\u00a0great feeling to be able to enter your home, to be able to provide our children with the right conditions for living, learning and treatment.<\/em> We would like to thank the organizers, sponsors, suppliers and all those involved for their participation and help. For the fact that the construction of our house was completed on a turnkey basis. Indeed, from the bottom of our hearts, together with my husband and children, we thank you<\/em> \u2013 said Iwona, a beneficiary of the program.<\/p>\n

\u2013 I feel great joy and pride in our employees and gratitude to the partners of the campaign. The attitude of all the companies involved in the completion of this house was very encouraging. All this to be able to personally join in the help and make the dream of another family come true. I believe that this house will help Iwona and Krzysztof to provide warmth and comfort for their children. We tried to do everything to ensure that each child got their own room, so that they could function comfortably and in good conditions \u2013 <\/em>said Artur Popko, President of Budimex SA, during the finale of the campaign.<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cHouse from the Heart 2\u201d campaign has been joined by m.in. Keller<\/strong> Polska, <\/strong>which was involved in financing the furnishings of the house. \u2013\u00a0We feel responsible for the environment in which we work and try to support local communities as much as we can. If we can improve the living conditions of even a few people with our support, we try to do it. After receiving information from our colleagues from Budimex that they were going to fund a new house for another family in need and at the same time an offer to support this construction, we did not think long and decided to become one of the founders <\/em>\u2013 comments Artur Gaszewski, Chief Executive Officer of Keller Polska.<\/p>\n

Another company that decided to support the campaign is Daikin<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0As Daikin, we are well aware that in addition to the business world, in which we operate every day as an industry leader\u00a0, there is also a completely different world, the ordinary one, in which people fight on their own not for profits and profits, but for their own well-being, peace and a dignified life in\u00a0comfortable conditions. That is why we are proud to contribute to the co-creation of such a house and its warmth.\u00a0 We believe that our modest contribution in the form of the Daikin\u00a0Altherma\u00a0heat pump, along with its commissioning, will serve the family for many years to come.<\/em>\u2013 says Agnieszka Pi\u00f3ro, Marketing Coordinator at Daikin. Castorama Polska<\/strong> also joined the campaign, offering help in equipping the kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as providing porcelain tiles and preparing designs for the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. \u2013 The story of Iwona and Krzysztof moved us very much. We decided to join the action and help make the dream of your own safe home come true. I am glad that we could help in the construction of the \u201cHouse from the Heart\u201d, but the most important thing is that from today you will be able to enter your own house and live here <\/em>\u2013 Kacper Michalik, Head of Investment at\u00a0Porta\u00a0Drzwi, addressed these words to the family. Wi\u015bniowski<\/strong> also offered help in the campaign, providing a garage door, entrance door and technical door. \u2013 As a Wi\u015bniowski company, we are proud that we were able to participate in the implementation of such a noble goal as building a house for a family. We hope that all devices, ours and those of our colleagues from other companies, will serve the family for many years to come<\/em> \u2013 says Tomasz Borowicz, Regional Sales Manager at Wi\u015bniowski.<\/p>\n

Another partner in the construction of a new house for Iwona and Krzysztof and their six children is Polbram<\/strong>, which provided the fencing system. For\u00a0laying the pavement of cobblestones, which was provided by the company\u00a0Ginter<\/strong>\u00a0However, the company was responsible\u00a0FBSerwis SA.<\/strong> The company also helped in the conversion of the well to the water meter and gutter downpipes. Temporary fencing and power generators were provided by the company\u00a0An asset of Rental<\/strong>. The full roof of the house is the company\u2019s merit\u00a0Creaton<\/strong>, which donated excellent quality tiles. \u2013 We are extremely happy that we could take part in the implementation of this beautiful project. My wife and I are from Brusy, one of our factories is in Chojnice, so we couldn\u2019t miss this project. As soon as\u00a0we found out about it, an application was immediately submitted to the President of our company and the decision to help was made in 15 minutes. We would also like to thank Budimex for being invited to this project. All the best to your family, so that you can live here well<\/em> \u2013 said Rafa\u0142 Zi\u00f3\u0142tkowski, Creaton\u2019s Sales and Technical Advisor, during the finale of the campaign.<\/p>\n

The roof covering was made with the highest standards by the general contractor \u2013 the company\u00a0Budhaus<\/strong>, which also equipped the house with\u00a0a lightning protection system. The decision to support Budimex\u2019s campaign was also made by the company\u00a0Drutex<\/strong>, funding PVC windows. The comprehensive construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kWp was carried out by the company\u00a0SunSol<\/strong>\u00a0with the support of the company\u00a0Corab<\/strong>, which provided the complete assembly structure. Companies have also been involved in the SunSol initiative\u00a0Keno<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Goodwe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Electronics and household appliances were donated by RTV EURO AGD<\/strong>. The House from the Heart has become colorful thanks to the brand\u00a0Magnat (\u015anie\u017cka Group),<\/strong> which provided Magnat On-Reflex and Magnat Ceramic paints. We owe the exterior plaster and fa\u00e7ade paint to the Foveo-Tech brand (\u015anie\u017cka Group).<\/strong> 30 pieces of home lighting were donated by the company\u00a0Sigma Lighting<\/strong>. For the second time, Blue Energy<\/strong> also joined the campaign, donating IT equipment to the family. \u2013 I am very happy that initiatives like this can make dreams come true. I hope that the computer equipment that we offer to the family of Iwona and Krzysztof will help their children in their development <\/em>\u2013 said Pawe\u0142 Tomys, a representative of Blue Energy, during the finale. Similarly, once again, the iSowa Foundation<\/strong> took part in the \u201cHouse from the Heart\u201d campaign, providing the residents of the new house with the \u201cMagic Carpet\u201d \u2013 an interactive teaching aid.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the support of all Partners of the campaign, the dream of Iwona, Krzysztof and their six children: Roksana, Marietta, Ewelina, Szymon, Kasia and\u00a0the youngest Ada\u015b came true. From now on, they can enjoy their own comfortable home.<\/p>\n
