On\u00a08 November, Budimex signed a\u00a0contract with the contracting authority \u2013 the 5th Military Clinical Hospital with the Polyclinic SP ZOZ in\u00a0Krak\u00f3w for the construction of a\u00a0hospital building for the needs of the operating theatre, hospital wards, diagnostic and laboratory facilities and rehabilitation, along with the delivery of equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject of the contract is \u201cConstruction of a\u00a0hospital building for the needs of the operating theatre, hospital wards, diagnostic and laboratory facilities and\u00a0rehabilitation on\u00a0the premises of the 5th Military Clinical Hospital with Polyclinic in\u00a0Krakow Independent Public Health Care Facility ul.\u00a0Wroc\u0142awska 1-3\u201d, including obtaining the necessary required permits, consents, arrangements and all other documents necessary to\u00a0obtain an occupancy permit.<\/p>\n

The investment consists in\u00a0the construction of a\u00a0new integrated operating block (ZBO) building connected to\u00a0the existing building No. 4 and a\u00a0new connector building (P), which indirectly connects the ZBO building with the existing buildings No. 7 and 8.<\/p>\n

The usable area is: 27,111.01\u00a0 m2,<\/p>\n

Cubic volume: 137,789.77 m3,<\/p>\n

The completion date of the works is planned for the end of November 2026.<\/p>\n

The value of the offer is PLN 367.51 million net.<\/p>\n

Budimex, as\u00a0the largest Polish general contractor, specialises in\u00a0large, innovative projects, m.in.\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0area of cubature construction. In\u00a0recent months\u00a0, he\u00a0has successfully completed the construction of the Silesian Planetarium in\u00a0Chorz\u00f3w, as\u00a0well as\u00a0the\u00a0first stage of the construction of the \u201cPolfa\u201d Oncological Drugs Factory in\u00a0Warsaw\u2019s Tarchomin. Currently, Budimex is in\u00a0the process of building m.in.\u00a0PepsiCo\u2019s largest production plant in\u00a0Poland, which is being built in\u00a0\u015aroda \u015al\u0105ska.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
