On Thursday, November 24, the ceremony of laying the foundation stone for the construction of the sports and entertainment hall in\u00a0Zi\u0119bice took place. The investment is to enable sports games in\u00a0such disciplines as volleyball, basketball and\u00a0handball. In addition, the hall will be used for training purposes, as well\u00a0as for\u00a0the organization of concerts and\u00a0other artistic events.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The investment, which has been awaited for over 20 years, has significant significance for the Municipality of Zi\u0119bice and\u00a0its residents, especially young people. The event was attended by m.in. Mariusz Szpilarewicz, Mayor of the Zi\u0119bice Commune. On the side of Budimex, Szymon Ciencia\u0142a \u2013 District Director of\u00a0Budimex\u00a0S.A. Szymon Ciencia\u0142a\u00a0 \u2013 \u00a0was present on the side of Budimex.<\/p>\n

Technical parameters of the facility:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Footprint area: 2712.37 m2
Net area of the ground floor: 2,473.95 m2
Net floor area: 1,270.62 m2
Total net area: 3,744.57 m2
Usable area \u2013 basic function: 2,836.62 m2
Total area: 5469.62 m2
Cubic volume: 27,213.45 m3
Building height: 11.35 m<\/p>\n

The designed facility will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation \u2013 the panels will be located on the roof and fa\u00e7ade of the building. The hall is also to have monitoring, audio-video installations with an LED screen, as well as an intelligent lighting system and stands \u2013 \u00a0fixed and foldable telescopic. The contract value is PLN 40.7 million,\u00a0 Budimex has 24 months to implement the investment.<\/p>\n

Budimex, as the largest Polish general contractor, specialises in\u00a0large, innovative projects, m.in. in the\u00a0area of cubature construction. In\u00a0recent months\u00a0, he has successfully completed the construction of the Silesian Planetarium in\u00a0Chorz\u00f3w, as well as the\u00a0first stage of the construction of the \u201cPolfa\u201d Oncological Drugs Factory in\u00a0Warsaw\u2019s Tarchomin. Currently, Budimex is in\u00a0the process of building m.in. PepsiCo\u2019s largest production plant in\u00a0Poland, which is being built in\u00a0\u015aroda \u015al\u0105ska.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
