January 12, 2023 Budimex has signed a\u00a0contract for the expansion of Opera Nova in\u00a0Bydgoszcz by\u00a0another stage (the so-called fourth circle) along with the parking infrastructure (underground car park). The deadline for the implementation of the investment is 28 months (Opera building) and 18 months (parking for nearly 300 cars). <\/strong><\/p>\n

The fourth circle of the Opera is to\u00a0be\u00a0functionally and functionally connected with the main building. It contains m.in.\u00a0a\u00a0stage rehearsal room with a\u00a0multifunctional solution for the audience, stage, orchestra pit, trapdoor and others, as\u00a0well as\u00a0a\u00a0cinema room with\u00a0very high sound and image parameters. The two-level car park will include an underground garage with a\u00a0city square in\u00a0its upper part.<\/p>\n

\u2013 building width: 61.72 m<\/p>\n

\u2013 building length: 78.77 m<\/p>\n

\u2013 number of underground storeys: 2<\/p>\n

\u2013 number of storeys above ground: 0<\/p>\n

The deadline for the implementation of the investment by\u00a0the general contractor is 28 months (Opera building) and 18 months (car park).<\/p>\n

Budimex\u00a0\u00a0has already successfully completed many other theatrical investments, including turnkey construction. Currently, the general contractor is also responsible for\u00a0the expansion of the Polish Theatre in\u00a0Szczecin and the modernisation of the Drama Theatre. Among the local investments in\u00a0Bydgoszcz, Budimex is currently building the State Archives Building on\u00a0behalf of the State Archives, as\u00a0well\u00a0as\u00a0the Academic Sports Centre for the Bydgoszcz University of Technology.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
