Budimex has once again obtained the best result in\u00a0a\u00a0survey conducted by\u00a0ASM Analysis and Market Research Centre. This year\u2019s selection of the \u201cGeneral Contractor Friendly to\u00a0Construction Companies\u201d was attended by\u00a0over 2,000 construction industry experts from 300 companies, who were asked to\u00a0indicate the most reliable company in\u00a0their opinion from the group of TOP 10 general contractors in\u00a0Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cGeneral contractor friendly to\u00a0construction companies\u201d is not the only title won by\u00a0Budimex, in\u00a0the opinion of experts from several hundred companies operating in\u00a0Poland. The company also took first place in\u00a0three subcategories: \u201cGeneral contractor who ensures the highest safety standards on\u00a0construction sites\u201d, \u201cGeneral contractor with whom cooperation is rated the best\u201d and \u201cGeneral contractor who offers the most favorable financial conditions and timely payments\u201d. In\u00a0the fourth and last category: \u201cGeneral contractor recommended as\u00a0the best partner for cooperation\u201d, Budimex was ranked second.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are all the more pleased with such high ratings from our subcontractors because they are the result of the actions we\u00a0have taken. When cooperating with partners, we\u00a0are guided by\u00a0respect for the principles of ethics and care about maintaining the highest standards in\u00a0the field of health and safety, compliance with employee rights and environmental requirements,\u201d says Artur Popko, President of the Management Board of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

Budimex currently handles about 200 contracts throughout Polish and cooperates with a\u00a0total of over 50 thousand subcontractors. Budimex\u2019s cooperation with subcontractors is organised in\u00a0such a\u00a0way as\u00a0to\u00a0guarantee that they receive all funds included in\u00a0the contract on\u00a0time. In\u00a0recent years, in\u00a0addition to\u00a0a\u00a0transparent financial policy, the company has introduced numerous solutions, such as\u00a0dividing payments into lower amounts and thus more frequent payments to\u00a0subcontractors. Partnership relations with subcontractors also mean support and development of local entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

\u201cTogether with the Budimex brand, we\u00a0are implementing the largest tram project in\u00a0Poland \u2013 the construction of a\u00a0line to\u00a0Wilan\u00f3w, where we\u00a0have supplied a\u00a0wide range of GRP pipes. We\u00a0are glad that we\u00a0have completed such an important project for the residents of Warsaw, especially since the short deadlines required us to\u00a0quickly adjust production and deliveries. Undoubtedly, the partnership terms of cooperation, which are a\u00a0guarantee of the success of each project, have helped in\u00a0this. The high marks that Budimex received from subcontractors are fully deserved,\u201d says Tomasz Zwarzany, responsible for sales at\u00a0Amiblu Poland.<\/p>\n

Amiblu is one of the world\u2019s leaders in\u00a0the design and supply of top-class GRP pipes and fittings. The company, which has been operating for over 50 years and is headquartered in\u00a0Austria, has plants in\u00a0Germany, Spain, Poland and Romania, and employs a\u00a0total of approx. 1,500 employees. Amiblu specializes in\u00a0GRP system solutions for wastewater, rainwater and drinking water, irrigation, hydropower and industrial applications.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Budimex, we\u00a0carry out both cubature contracts \u2013 the foundation of the Polish Theatre in\u00a0Szczecin, infrastructure contracts \u2013 the construction of specialist foundations as\u00a0part of the reconstruction of the Warszawa Zachodnia Station, and industrial contracts, such as\u00a0the construction of the Vistula collector, stage III. Without a\u00a0partnership approach, there would be\u00a0no\u00a0first reinforced concrete clamping wall in\u00a0Szczecin in\u00a0Poland or\u00a0the record-breaking efficiency in\u00a0the field of foundation works performed at\u00a0the Warszawa Zachodnia Station. The company is part of the Soletanche Bachy group \u2013 a\u00a0world leader in\u00a0underground construction.<\/p>\n

The organizer of the \u201cBrand on\u00a0the construction market\u201d survey is ASM \u2013 Market Research and Analysis Center, a\u00a0Polish company with the status of a\u00a0research and development center. Since 2004, ASM has been conducting nationwide surveys among several thousand contractors, and based on\u00a0the results, it announces a\u00a0ranking for several dozen categories. The ranking was created 18 years ago as\u00a0the only research project in\u00a0Poland with an independent character and wide reach.The study is based on\u00a0spontaneous indications of contractors, without a\u00a0list of brands to\u00a0choose from. Which makes the results fully objective and reliable.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
