Budimex continues the apprenticeship programme for students of construction technicians. The spring edition was attended by\u00a040 apprentices, studying in\u00a0construction classes and related specializations. The \u201cLearn and build practice\u201d program aims to\u00a0develop the skills of young construction adepts, as\u00a0well as\u00a0to\u00a0support the education of future specialists. The spring edition of apprenticeships for students of Budimex technicians, launched in\u00a0March this year, was carried out on\u00a0such a\u00a0large scale for the first time, including contracts throughout Poland, such as\u00a0Warszawa Zachodnia, the Museum of Polish History, the Construction of the Sports Hall in\u00a0Gdynia, or\u00a0the S1 Expressway between Podwarpie and D\u0105browa G\u00f3rnicza. Apprenticeships with a\u00a0leader in\u00a0the construction industry are an opportunity for participants to\u00a0gain practical skills necessary for their future profession; learn about various projects and specializations or\u00a0build a\u00a0network of professional contacts. It is an opportunity to\u00a0learn about the company\u2019s work culture, as\u00a0well as\u00a0to\u00a0deepen knowledge under the guidance of the best specialists in\u00a0the industry. The student internship program is also an opportunity to\u00a0develop soft skills, such as\u00a0effective communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork. This year\u2019s edition will be\u00a0continued in\u00a0autumn, and the program itself will operate in\u00a0the following years.<\/p>\n

\u200e- We\u00a0are pleased with the effects of the spring edition of the apprenticeship program addressed to\u00a0technical schools. We\u00a0see a\u00a0huge potential in\u00a0these young people, which we\u00a0have the opportunity to\u00a0bring out and encourage to\u00a0cooperate with our company, also in\u00a0the future. For students, it is not only an excellent opportunity to\u00a0gain practical skills, but also to\u00a0verify the theory they acquire at\u00a0school. Our experienced specialists are happy to\u00a0share their knowledge and experience. In\u00a0addition, participants have the opportunity to\u00a0learn about the work culture and values on\u00a0which we\u00a0build our business. We\u00a0believe that the apprenticeship programme for students at\u00a0Budimex contributes to\u00a0the development of young talents and promotes the construction industry as\u00a0an attractive place to\u00a0work<\/em> \u2013 says Anna Kary\u015b-Sosi\u0144ska, Director of the Human Resources Management Division at\u00a0Budimex.<\/p>\n

The largest general contractor in\u00a0Poland has long been involved in\u00a0the development of young talents, supporting them at\u00a0the beginning of their professional career. For many years, the company has been implementing a\u00a0student internship program, thanks to\u00a0which over 1400 people have already gained their first professional experience. In\u00a0the autumn of 2022.Budimex, in\u00a0cooperation with the Zwolnieni z\u00a0Teorii Foundation, toured schools across the country, visiting students from 127 technical schools on-site and 70 remotely. The visits to\u00a0schools resulted in\u00a0Budimex\u2019s cooperation with almost 40 technical schools in\u00a0the country, and further cooperation is planned, consisting not only in\u00a0providing places for apprenticeships, but also in\u00a0the implementation of educational lectures or\u00a0visits to\u00a0investments throughout the country during open days.<\/p>\n
