According to\u00a0the contract concluded on\u00a07 September, Budimex will carry out a\u00a0comprehensive modernisation of the municipal stadium in\u00a0Z\u0105bkowice \u015al\u0105skie by\u00a0the end of 2024. As\u00a0part of it, a\u00a0new multifunctional building will be\u00a0built with changing rooms, public hygiene and sanitary rooms, a\u00a0lecture hall and office rooms. An important element of the task will be\u00a0a\u00a0leisure and recreation zone dedicated to\u00a0families with children. The cost of the modernization amounts to\u00a0PLN 19,164,384 gross.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As\u00a0part of the tender, Budimex was selected by\u00a0the local government as\u00a0the contractor for the tender for construction works related to\u00a0the modernisation of the municipal stadium in\u00a0Z\u0105bkowice \u015al\u0105skie. The multifunctional facility built as\u00a0part of the task is to\u00a0be\u00a0equipped with heat pumps and a\u00a0photovoltaic installation. In\u00a0addition, as\u00a0part of the Order, Budimex will rebuild the car park at\u00a0the Sunny Arena and the Sunny Water Park. An additional attraction will also be\u00a0built on\u00a0site in\u00a0the form of a\u00a0mini pumptrack with an asphalt surface. The facility will allow you to\u00a0ride a\u00a0skateboard, scooter and rollerblades, and will also be\u00a0equipped with a\u00a0small rainwater and meltwater retention system, which will help irrigate the nearby pitches.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0are pleased and particularly motivated by\u00a0the fact that we\u00a0have been entrusted with the task of modernizing the municipal stadium in\u00a0Z\u0105bkowice \u015al\u0105skie, which is important from the\u00a0point of view of the local community. In\u00a0accordance with the company\u2019s motto, we\u00a0will make every effort to\u00a0ensure that the project is completed to\u00a0the highest standards by\u00a0the scheduled deadline by\u00a0the end of next year and effectively serves as\u00a0an arena for future sports champions<\/em> \u2013 says Andrzej Schmalenberg, Director of the General Construction Branch South of Budimex.<\/p>\n

Budimex can boast extensive and documented experience in\u00a0both the construction and modernization of sports facilities throughout Polish. The company is responsible for the construction of the Academic Sports Centre in\u00a0Bydgoszcz, the Paralympic Preparation Centre, as\u00a0part of which the Jask\u00f3\u0142ka Sports and Entertainment Hall was rebuilt and\u00a0modernised, as\u00a0well as\u00a0the construction of the largest recreational complex in\u00a0Marki \u2013 the Marki Education and Recreation Centre, for which the company received a\u00a0golden statuette in\u00a0the nationwide competition \u201cConstruction of the Year 2019\u201d.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
